I am an Economist (Ph.D.) with over 15 years of experience in data science, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and research in development interventions. Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, I specialize in impact evaluation, survey design, and advanced statistical analysis, working across sectors like education, agriculture, and climate resilience.

My work integrates rigorous methodologies with practical solutions to drive impactful outcomes. I have successfully led 27 consultancy projects, managed large-scale surveys with 34K+ respondents, and published research on rural development and education in Ethiopia.
